Delivery and Payment

You can be assured of secure shopping at Straight Down The Line Promotions. We have chosen PayPal, an eBay company because of it’s worldwide reputation for security and service delivery. The PayPal Service is an online payment service currently available in 56 countries (including Australia), permitting any business or consumer with an email address and a credit card to securely, conveniently, and cost effectively send and receive payments online. The PayPal Service lets users send payments for free and can be used from PCs or Web-enabled mobile phones.

 

You do not need a PayPal account to be able to buy from Straight Down The Line Promotions, because you can also just pay with your credit card without opening a PayPal account.

Paypal

Your personal information is protected by SSL (secure sockets layer) with the highest level of encryption commercially available to ensure that your transaction is safe and secure. All transactions are in Australian dollars (AUD$).

If you would prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer instead, please use our Straight Down The Line Promotions order form. Your goods will be dispatched as soon as your funds have cleared in our bank account.

Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch your order promptly, providing that goods are in stock. Delivery time is 5-10 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.

An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require orders to be sent to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address. Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

The following costs are guide lines only. When checking out the number of units purchased it may adjust the costs due to weight which will be automatically calculated.

Deliveries within Australia

Goods will be delivered using Australia Post or a courier service and a signature will be required upon receipt of goods. Postage costs will be added at the checkout for deliveries within Australia. We can not deliver to PO Boxes inside Australia.

  • Straight Down The Line Promotions will contact you by email to let you know when an order has been dispatched.
  • Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. For items sent by Australia Post, if you are not present a card will be left in your letterbox advising you to collect your parcel from your local post office. For courier services, if you are not present when a delivery takes place, a card will be left and you can re-arrange delivery on an alternative morning / afternoon of a specific day. Any additional costs for re-delivery attempts beyond this will be paid for by the customer.

Order Status

Your order will take around 5 to 10 working days within Australia to be shipped to you by express post. Please wait for mail delivery on the 10th business day before contacting us by email. Please include your order number and shipping address if you contact us. Overseas orders will take longer due to local delivery companies within the country.

Occasionally, there may be a delay due to an item being out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of the delay and notify you once your order leaves our Warehouse.

Can I cancel my order? How do I do this?

You can cancel an order provided it hasn’t already been shipped. Most orders are shipped very quickly, so please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. To do so, please email us ( starfish@ozemail.com.au ) with your invoice number and include the word ‘cancel’ in the subject line.
